House Rules:

• Towels are not to be taken outside.
• No smoking inside the house. Please deposit butts in ash can outside.
• Grill is used at your own risk.
• Boat dock used at your own risk.
• Swim at your own risk.
• Landlord is not responsible for any injury to guests while on property.
• First 2 occupants $100/night. Additional persons $25 each, max. 4 total.
• No more than 4 guests during any rental period, and no more than 4 people allowed to sleep over (to include renters). If more than 4 guests are requested, an 'Event Fee' will be charged for additional guests. Arrangements must be made in advance.
• No tents or campers allowed on grounds.
• No visitors after 10:00pm.
• No phone service is provided. Most cell phone providers offer coverage in this area.
• Clean-up deposit will not be refunded if facility is not left clean and tidy:
  • Empty all trash cans before departure. All trash must be in bags.
  • Strip sofabed and bed before departure.
  • Vacuum all rooms before departure. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning items are available for your use.
  • All dirty dishes are to be put in dishwasher before departure.

A copy of these 'House Rules' will be presented to all guests upon check-in and will require a signature.
